Who's good with Rims and Fitment?

I'm lowered 2" in the front, 1.8" in the back (eibach sportlines) planning to pick up a set of wheels that are 16x7 et35. I want a bit of the stretch look and have a flush fitment and not sure what size tires should get to have that nice stretch and flush fitment. **just to give you guys an idea, im on stock tires and rims and currently have about half a finger space in the front and a finger in the back.

I would recommend 195/50/16.

Offset has nothing to do with stretch, it's rim width vs tire width. What your friend probably means is you need to run a low offset/wide rim to get the stretch you want and not have it rubbing on everything in the fender well.
