Looks like all my posts will have to be in this thread now...

FINALLY!!!!!

Picked up my brand new 2010 CBP Honda Fit Sport 5spd

So super happy and the deal went super smooth

with my 07 as a trade that i still owed on

Total OTD price was $17,200 no money down (trade knocked it down 145.23) lol

was super nervous about driving it home, but this 5spd is WONDERFUL, i think a 5yr old could drive it (maybe not smoothly) but you barely even have to put any weight on the clutch to engage, im in love...

I loved my gd3 but this ge8 is AWESOME

You can get one that sounds like an Accord. I'm looking into it b/c I agree, whimpy sounding horn isn't cool.

kevin congratulations on your new ride, glad to see that manual tranny didn't trip you up..

My first mod was tinting the rear 5 to 35% w/ a 5% windscreen strip before I even got it home. My next was to get rid of that horn. Now the Accord horn swap is very popular on this forum, but to me it just doesn't do it. So I did something different - I looked around the site and found out about Stebel air horns. The following I posted before and is clipped from here:https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...tml#post878193

Why replace a horn and end up with the same thing. The Stebe Nautilus is a distinctively different horn, a true Italian Air Horn, sounds like no other.

It is no more difficult that any other, mainly because I have gone through the learning curve.

Before you check out my thread just listen to the audio clip on their web site: STEBEL S.p.A. - horns

Maybe it's not for you, but this is not a novelty horn nor an Asian meepmeep - it's a beautiful Italian horn, that's all.

If you like it here's my learning curve for all to share:Horn Took Out Cruise Set

Prepare to be noticed - trust me it'll catch an eye every time_
You're going to like it I'm sure. Lot's more to do, but ya gotta start somewhere.

...Decisions...Decisions...Decisions...

Wow, $17,200 including taxes? Nice. Is that as good a deal as it seems?

I'm desperately searching for the same model in tidewater blue (my wife loves that color).
