The result is a naturally high Viscosity Index, requiring less improver, low volatility and high oxidation resistance.

I havent seen one of those toilet paper filters in decades. A guy at the swap meet used to sell them. I always worried that because TP is supposed to come apart in water, that combustion byproducts would break it down and paper fibers would end up circulating in the bearings.
In my opinion TP is only good for filtering water out of air in compressors, and thats not to good either.

Come on wacky we all know what it's really good for_

Any way, when i was in the USAF we called it APP. That's All Purpose Paper. One would be amazed with all the uses a grunt can find for it. Filtering oil was not one of the uses, however.

I have spoken to Amsoil about the EA013 issue, and there will be a rerelease of a redesigned filter. You can read about it here.
