Post Search using iPod?

I just got my '10 Fit Sport a few weeks ago, and I love it. I do have to think that there is a quicker way to get through your iPod though. If I want to listen to an artist that starts with an "S", I have to scroll the dial all the way through, and it takes 5 minutes. So, if anyone has a good tip to get through them more quickly, I would appreciate it.

I have done that, and unless you have a link that is hidden somewhere, I haven't found anything discussing this issue. I may be wrong, so please advise.

There is no quicker way to search when connected via USB.

yeah if you have it connected to USB it's just going to take a while. I started using the aux jack instead. Only problem is I recently found out here in Canada that gets you a ticket. No hand held devices can be used while driving. So the only way around it for me was to start making a ton of playlists!

If you unplug the cable, you can navigate to the artist you want. Start playing, and then plug it back in. it will retain the current playlist/artist playing after its connected.

Thanks for the pointers, I was hoping for a quicker way through the Fit's UI, but any way to do it faster helps.
