There really isn't much to discuss.
You buy it and the attachment kit.
You can then have a dealer (or some shop) install it and be done.
If you install it yourself, you have to be comfortable at cutting the headliner and running wires from near the map lights to the fuse box.
I personally don't like the Honda handsfreelink accessory for the Fit, it has NO interface for you to see and it requires you to reach up to the map lights everytime to call.
If possible, I'd rather have the Insight's version (part of the Navi). The button is on the steering wheel and it's integrated into the navi for display. Well, I'm getting the Fit w/navi so that's how it is for me.
I'm sure you probably could find cheaper and easier to deal with 3rd party bluetooth.
There's one thing Honda's bluetooth has going for it... it won't look out of place.
