I vote for new bumper. Once you have the new one on you get to play with the old one!

Using a flat black grade vinyl you can get from probably any sign shop. Shouldn't cost more than $10, you would just have to sand down the broken area so it doesn't stick out.
NICE!! Closer detail? Really like the look. K_C_

I did that quickly in Photoshop with a low Resolution photo of a sport fit. I could probably do a better photoshop job if I had a HIGH resolution shot like this of a Sport Fit. Something at least 300DPI, if anyone wants to see what it could look like, email me at webmaster@bortzmedia.com with a HIGH res photo like the one above I will do it up and post here with the results.

Lol, I seriously already did this. I didn't go quite as wide with it. Way to read my mind. Only thing is, I can't seem to sand the crack out. I need to try some bondo bumper repair epoxy because I can see the crack a bit through the vinyl.

The plastic bumpers stretch a bit when impacted, no? Could be part of your problem with making it look flat again.

LoL I guess great minds think alike, if the crack is visible too much you could try that epoxy or you could also try heating it up a little with a heat gun to bend it back down a bit.

Oh and take some pics so people can see how it came out!

I was thinking of doing the vinyl too. It may be hard to get down snug over the three small raised areas. I was thinking of extending it along the bottom of the bumper to the wheel wells. Sort of a fake lip thing.
