What part of the exhaust does this include? Catback? B-pipe?

Sorry about the confusion, yeah it's just the axle back exhaust can that replaces HKS exhaust.

Did you happen to weigh your HKS before you put it on?

No but, it's heavier than stock one (shocker! lol) for sure. I just checked the shipping weight including the box and stuff and it says 16.9lb total and I don't think a box, some newspapers, clear tapes,...ect don't weight 6lb in my opinion. lol So yeah putting HKS exhaust makes ur Fit gain weight lol.

Yep, that is what somebody else posted as well, HKS is heavier.
My straight pipe w/tip is even heavier than the stock axle back which is amazingly light.

Well...at least it sounds better ;-)

My Clazzios added weight too but they make up for it with comfort and style.

That's a pretty good savings, about 62%.
Not trying to bash you personally 555sexydrive, but this is a perfect example of why we need to VERIFY the weight of OEM and aftermarket parts. The difference b/w speculation and the scale is 15 lbs!!! 15 lbs here and 15 lbs there quickly adds up...especially when you think you're saving weight...not gaining it!!!

Looks like there's not a whole lot of weight to be shaved off of the exhaust system. Maybe I'll just get one of these and call it a day: YouTube - Shonky and the SoundRacer V8

Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far. Tork, it would be great if you could weigh the OEM axle back exhaust to verify jkskrn's scale.

Just weighed my stock axle back and it came in at 10 lbs 11.4 ounces. It's a postal scale, accurate to the .2 ounces. No picture, but if you REALLY want me to, I can.

Thanks for the input...I think we can safely say 11 lbs for the stock axleback.

What speculation of 15lb difference? The weight I posted of 31lbs was for all 3 pieces of the exhaust system. This is the information provided by J's Racing, maybe they are slightly off or possibly a scale needs to be calibrated? They have the stock muffler weighing 5.2kg (11.44lbs) and their replacement piece weighs 2.4kg (5.28lbs). The stock mid-pipe they list as 5.6kg (12.32lbs) and their replacement weighs 2.4kg (5.28lbs). The stock secondary cat section they list as 3.6kg (7.92lbs) and their replacement straight piece weighs .75kg(1.65lbs).

On a side note to the J's information, their stainless rear canister weighs in at 3.1kg (6.82lbs). So that one is 62% of the stock one if weighing just 11lbs. It's not a lot of weight lost, but when you are trying to save weight, every ounce counts.

The stainless canister is also just a bit more than half the cost of the Ti canister. They unfortunately don't list the weight of the full stainless version (mid-pipe and rear section), but the whole thing costs less than the Ti mid-pipe and just a bit more than the Ti canister by itself. Though we aren't really talking about pricing here. Just thought though if somebody was going to go for the HKS and were going to add weight, they might want to look into the J's rear piece as it should be about the same price and at least you are saving over 4lbs.

I can't find anywhere where I can weight the car here in Orlando. So just a crazy thought here, do those "weight stations" on highways let u weight ur car? I can just stop by and pull my "I don't speak English" act but then I wanna know if they r gonna call cops on me if I try to weight my car there lol
