I halfway thought this thread would have pics of a Fit with open front wheels like a Caterham 7 (note: British term "wing" is different than American term "wing", hence "wing mirrors").
(You guys delete useful things like wipers and body clearance, and unuseful things like badges... it's just a matter of time before someone starts removing body panels! )

I think if you can manage to make the GE Sport look sporty enough (tint windows, switch rims, whatever), you can lose the wing and still look great. Removing it, I think, smooths some of the aggressive angles by adding a cleaner curve.
That said, I think the base model (no body kit, no alloy wheels, just bare bones) really highlights the fact that the Fit is still an economy car. It looks too plain, too boring. And a spoiler alone wouldn't change that.

I've become a real fan of the no wing look.
These cars are tiny, and to a casual observer, look like any other econo car going down the road. I think wingless enhances a futuristic pod like look, and actually downplays the econo car look. Wingless really lets some of the body styling pop.
