ehhh i just figure its cali and everythign is more expensive there.
the more popularize the internet gets the harder it is to know the invoice, because dealers are aware of it and use the internet excuse as a defense to keeping the price firm.
a good way to bypass this is not be in hurry to buying a car, and waiting for their "phone call" back, you usually get the invoice price that way.

I looked at prices paid forums on edmunds and other places to see what the lowest prices paid were and pretty sure mine is in that category (paid 15,738 "cash price" for a brand new 2010 sport a/t). OTD will definitely vary due to sales tax and other state fees (mine was ~$17,500). It is also good to itemize your deal to make sure the dealer didn't hide any other profit in there on something.
In my opinion, the only way to do an apples to apples comparison is to measure the money that actually goes to your dealer/Honda. That's the "cash price" for the vehicle and accessories (including destination), and doc fee. For me that was $15,738 + $55 doc. The rest went to the state.
Maybe it's just me but I usually remeber the cash price before tax on most of my purchases... my HDTV, my xbox, my house.. and so on. Do you know the otd on your house? ahahah
