There is no fuse that you can remove. You can either:
A) WEAR on the seatbelt
b) create a jumper (from an older honda seatbelt buckle) that you can plug into the seatbelt so it thinks its closed
c) go behind the cluster and find the bell and take it out

Personally, i'd just go with A. it's the cheapest and safest route.

You could just wear the damn seatbelt, I guess. Here in New York, it's the law, and fines are one of the ways New York is closing its budget gap. Consider yourself warned, should you find yourself in this neck of the woods.

I used to believe that I was the only one that I would be hurting by not wearing my seatbelt if I got into a wreck. Then I read a story in the local news paper about a lady that was tossed from her car during an accident because she was not wearing her belt. She landed on and killed a teen on the sidewalk. She was charged with involuntary manslaughter and got 5 years.
Ever since reading that in 1994 I have been wearing my belt.

There is always at least one person on every car forum I belong to that asks this question. Sad. Pathetic.

Personally, Id' rather have your seat belt restraint[s]! LOL!

Sometimes the beep is a pain on a quick in/out trip when you forget, but I wear mine and so does my front seat passengers. Not even a second thought really.

I know it can be very tricky to figure out how to get rid of that noise, your not the only one that has this problem. Im going to help you out with FIVE easy to fallow steps

Step1. Sit in the seat
Step2. Grad the belt with your left or right hand (what every you prefer)
Step3. Pull the belt across and down over your lap
Step4. Clip the belt into the buckle by your lap on your right (left if your the passenger)
Step5. Enjoy the beep free driving

I think he asked for help getting rid of the beeping not anyone telling him how to put a seat belt on I agree with wearing a seat belt but I like to remind myself in fact I never heard it go off till my dad sat shotgun lol I disabled my drls because they were annoying me I drive with my lights on during the day anyway but I like to be able to control every aspect of my car so i'm guessing that's why he wants to disable it. Once agin tho always wear the dang seatbelt

Airbag explosion will kill you, in case you don't wear the seatbelt, in a crash about 50 miles per hour!!! !!!!!!!

take a object that is long and small in diameter (small pocket screwdriver or ink tube from cheap ball point pen), slide it in seat belt buckle until it clicks, voila, no noise, until someone clicks seat belt release...........

I am not condoning anything....only answering a question...

I hate that sound so I fasten my seatbelt BEFORE I start the car. Rather simple.

honestly I've looked through 3 or 4 of these seatbelt chimes threads and it seems everyone just gives this bs answer "omg just put your belt on" ...people aren't making these threads to be told by random adults on whats right/wrong they just want an answer and thats the bottom line...

you should go to the wrecking yard, and cut off the belt buckles of a salvaged fit, then click them into the belts you do not want to use, and your problem will be solved.

*you will die in an accident, if not for not having a seatbelt, then because of the airbag, airbags must only be deployed when seatbelts are in use.

You are exactly right. We should just let the Darwin effect handle this situation.
