Is this an indication of what Honda actually thinks of its American customers?
I'm just sayin'...

Seems like a lot of time, effort, and MONEY for what, exactly? A stubby front end that doesn't meet collision regs and blinds oncoming drivers?
You know that the airbags deploy on a front end collision, therefore the collision sensor must be very close to the front bumper. Do your plans also include swapping in a JDM airbag sensor?

you bring up a good point and the funny thing is that i was just talking to my friend about this. we found out, what we can do is relocate the sensor so that it will still work n be safe for me when im driving.
Honestly, safety is my number one priority. the car will be modded to fit the US Virginia safety standard.
SAFETY FIRST!!!

Congrats. If I had the time and money to do this I would as well. At first I didn't like the JDM front end, but over time I have grown to love it, mostly because the ridiculous side view of the USDM front end. I hate the long nose.

omg this must be a really clean job, i assume there will be no cutting or such since you pretty much have every part for the swap? and imo the JDM front will look great! much slimmer, the way our cars were designed to look like to begin with
