iPhone compatible?

Just got an '09 Fit Sport (great price, too. off the floor, brand new, for $15,600) and want to know if my iPhone will work with the usb. I know iPods are compatible, but not sure about the iPhone OS. Thanks!

It doesn't work for me. I have an iPhone 3G and 09 Fit Sport. Ipod classic works though.

Just tried it again and it works! But it loses the phone functionality.

...but I said to IGNORE the airplane mode message! it'll ask if you want to go to airplane mode, just press NO or ignore the message altogether.
