Bummed...

So all of my parts will be in tomorrow...except for my mugen shift knob
That means no quick shifter install tomorrow! They said it would be another week at best because it has to be sent from the east coast or something.
Just an update though.

You could install the short throw shifter with no knob and rock that for a week..... =D

I will post pics of what goes on tomorrow. The only thing consoling me is the fact that my grill will be coming. patience is not my strong suit though, so we'll see if I wait for the knob, or go out and get a nice weighted blox knob.
and konservative, that is a good suggestion... but i think i will need to pass on that.

Nah, haha. I gave up on the mugen body kit, but the grill is amazing, and the floor mats look amazing. The short shifter is just for the short shifting.haha.I could care less if that was mugen or not. Im shooting for a full JDP carbon look for now, until some of the JDM kits start getting produced for the USDM Fit.

Why not just stick the stock knob on the new shift lever until the new knob comes?

I was under the impression that a weighted shift knob would make shifting tighter with the short throw shifter.
I also HATE HATE HATE the stock knob. It is the worst looking part of the car, and idk if I can wait another week knowing that it is sitting in my beautiful new fit just waiting to ruin my day.

Well, did all the minor installs. Floor mats, and carbon look trim pieces. The grill will either be done tonight or tomorrow night. Pics in the GE picture section soon.
