I think I found the answer to this by searching, but I had to filter through a lot of info. So just to be sure, does anyone know if the lugnuts used on the Sport alloy wheels and Base steel wheels both use spherical seats (as opposed to conical)?

Reason I'm asking is that I picked up a spare OEM alloy wheel and tire that I want to use as a full size spare for long trips for either my 09 Sport or my wife's 09 Base, and I don't want to risk damaging the alloy wheel if I use it on the Base Fit with Base lugnuts.

Yes, both the base and Sport model wheels use the round seat lugnuts.
