Or just add to the story and say you both saw a massive accident up the road with fireballs and explosions and you both took off to try and save some lives.
I won't doubt your story, but that person either misshifted or has no business owning the car. I am under no delusions to think my Fit will be even close in performance to my old 5R Teggy. On my A'pexi RSM (yes it is not completely accurate, but it was consistent) my Teggy would rip off 0-100km/h in about 5.6 seconds and 0-400m in 13.6s at 167km/h this was with just Amuse R1 exhaust and a Toda exmani. Never measured after getting the GruppeM intake and K-Pro or for that matter with the MF10s. The stock Enkei wheels were a ton at 19.5lbs each.
So back to your story, did you guys rescue anybody by chance?

Fit and ITR? No comparison man, the ITR would rip it apart. They're 2 very different cars for very different purposes....
Now on the other hand if the driver of the ITR was giving you a thumbs up for being a fellow Honda driver or what not, that would be sweet.

+1 on closing the thread.
Oh, and shenanigans. The Fit is slooooowwwww. A manual fit and a manual Integra LS might be relatively equal, but my old GS-R would walk circles around a Fit and a ITR is just that much more.
Oh, and speed contests on public streets are just plain douchebaggy.

Yay redeeming quality of the thread: engine speculation
The B18b put out 140-ish stock against a 117 stock L15a. Nearly the same weight (hatch LS vs Fit), but the Fit has closer gearing. Also years have worn on the LS. Edge would go to the LS, but they're comparable.

True true
Real Type-Rs are modern day unicorns. Too many have fallen prey to thieves and moron street racers, and what few ITRs left are either riced to hell or command a price far above their actual value. Just because it has white wheels doesn't mean jack: only a few ITRs in the US had the championship white wheels. A real outwardly visible sign would have been the actual bolt pattern or rear LCAs, and even those can be swapped out to a standard integra easily enough (I had ITR LCAs on my old GS-R)

That said, My GS-R would flat out walk all over our fit. (still wish I had it) with a [hair over] 7-second 0-60 time and an 8100rpm Redline. You'd be at 60mph in 2nd, then drop to 3rd. The Integra had less drag and a more torquey(doubt it's a word) motor, with lighter 15" wheels and Honda's trademark Wierd sized crappy ass tires. (worst tires I ever had on a car).
A few pics on CD... linked from the Sigpic.

Actually, the LS would have been closer to 136/7 hp if comparing to the Fit's 117 (or jack the fit up to 120hp) due to the way HP was calculated between then and now.

I miss my old beast: I used 5w-30 oil AND I didn't have the typical consumption of the B18C1. I also had all the bolt-ons (all carb legal) high flow cat (like, a REAL high flow cat from randomtech, not a test pipe), GReddy Evo exhaust, Apex'i N1 coilovers ('99 spec), comptech rear tie/sway bar, neuspeed strut bar, and the rest was bone stock. It was a pain to sell it even at 220k miles.
