Two surveys on the same day?!
I got an email from OwnerLink Honda wanting me to do a survey about my new car ownership experience. Then I got a JD Powers initial quality survey in the mail, the same day! Both surveys were very similar and easy to fill out, as I have not had any problems with my Fit.

That is funny...I also got my JD Power initial quality survey in the postal mail from Honda on Monday, and my OwnerLink invitation to participate in the survey electronically this morning.
I remember thinking when I got the postal one "Gee, I wish they'd give the option to fill this out online"...lol...

Dealers live and die by these surveys.
I have worked for a Honda dealer for 10 years on and off in both sales and service. As a service advisor I read my surveys every day and ask only that people participate so I can improve my business practices and skill. A salesperson asking for fives is violating Honda's rules. Honda's (and my) goal is continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. I implore anyone who receives a survey to take the time to fill it out. It will help bad dealers be identified by Honda and good dealers get the recognition they deserve.
