Those aren't new Fit models per se, they're just a few differently optioned configurations. Sort of how the "mugen fit" is just a fit sport with some extra options. If you go to the web pages for each of the configurations, you can see what options you have to have to get that style. see the bottom of the Active Plus page.

I think the Fit isn't thought of as a "cheap" car over in Japan, which is why it has all those expensive options .

I love those side skirts with what appears to be puddle lights and Luxe'ster door sill trim.
