did you have to pull the fenders due to the offset? im looking at bbs and rotiforms for mine now...but I don't want to pull fenders if I don't have to...I currently have 17x8 +45et and they fit fine but worried about the +20 or +30 you think I can get away with the +30 without pulling im also on 205/40/17
thanks

I actually agree with you on that but they would look like any other fender flare because they don't make any for this car so I did what I could I looked at the J's Racing ones as well and they look similar when they are color matched it'll look way better they just stand out to much right now .. Some say they look good black but I'm personally not a fan ... I'll post better pics when they are painted .. As for function they are great and server they're purpose

Did you pop the hood up in the rear? If so, how and why? Better cooling? Clearance? Looks? Nice "whip" as all those younger kids say... Lol

Washers/coupler nuts work. Whatever you can do to space out the mounting points of the hood. According to this video it "worked" for letting hot air out and keeping temps in the engine bay down. It's probably not REALLY worth it for function's sake on the naturally aspirated Fit. If you like the look of it tho, go for it. I actually kinda like the look. Also like the look of hood pins/quick releases. Again though, those are made for race cars or for going really high speeds, and even at top speed on most cars the stock latch will work just dandy. It's all a combination of looks meets maybe a little bit of functionality. Nothing wrong with either!
