Fitdeez how do you like your buddyclub n+? Are they on the softer side or are they stiffer? Could you possibly write up a comments and feedback on your take of the coilovers?

I think there great.. the cars handling is awesome.. as for stiffness they can be stiff when there set high but its not to bad, and when there on the lowest setting the ride comfort is very similar to stock but more responsive

FitDEEZ, let me say that you're honestly an inspiration for me to get a SSM GE8. Originally, I was set on buying a TW, but after seeing yours, I scrapped that idea.

I noticed you took off the yellow film over your foglights due to heat. Have you considered Krylon Stained Glass spray paint?

Thanks hex.. I have considered spraying them but I kinda like the clean look with just yellow bulbs

And the buddy clubs cost around 1000-1200

I have a long ways to go but I'm going to get there

Hey man I'm starting with a bit of a disadvantage in my opinion. I want a Mugen Fit sitting on the ground like your sport and I'm starting with a base model... But I'm on my way due to a little "bad" luck. I damaged my bumper cover so now I "HAVE" to replace it. So I bought the sport bumper, fogs, harness, relay, and combo switch. I just need it painted and then I'll get busy. For now I think I'm gonna follow your footsteps on the temp springs and eventually upgrade like you did to some coilovers once I get the rest of the exterior situated.

Fixable...

IMHO it would be the same cost... 3 labor hours to fix vs $156.96 for the cover from CFL Honda. Granted, I did have to buy all the other stuff to make the foglights work. They low balled me @ $40/hr for the labor. The cost of the repair made it easy for me to justify doing it now instead of wait till one day I could afford it all. I think it will look weird w/o the side skirts but I will get them in January so it will all come together soon. They said they'd paint and install the new bumper @ the $340 they quoted for painting the old repaired one. Seemed high for painting just the bumper, but it comes with a lifetime warranty on the paint.

Yeah. I was planning on buying it all at one time "some day". I've wanted to do the Mugen kit since I bought the car but replacing the front bumper was a big reason I put it off. BTW I ordered the Drop Zone springs. They should be here soon. I'm getting the paint done on the sport bumper in two weeks. I order the Mugen sides the second week in January and the Mugen front maybe by the end of Jan or mid Feb. I'm still not sure of the Mugen rear. I dont like the idea of fake dual exhaust. If I could get a custom single to dual axle back made I'd be more inclined to do it. I guess I'll figure that one out when I get there just like my desire for rear discs. My brother is a fabricator and I've already asked him to look into working something out as far as fabricating a custom rear trailing arm assembly. Wilwood makes a rear disc setup for civics so we're looking at setting up with civic rears. More on that to come. (winter-spring project) Anything new with your ride?

Yea I feel the same way about the mugen rear and I'm not sure if my exhaust will fit in the exhaust section
