I believe those are the Mugen rims, but in white. At Bernardi Parts, they carry the allow versions. link: Honda XJ 16" Alloy Wheel (Fit Mugen) - Bernardi Honda Parts and Accessories

from the watermark in the pix, the location should be at Long-Tan in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

WOW if that blue honda fit came to the US, i'd drop mine in an instant for it. That' blue is SEXYYY.
