Delivery Checklist?
I just put a depo on my 2009 Blackberry Fit Sport AT w/ Nav. (Waiting to get a document I need for the clunkers program before I can close the deal.) Does anyone have a checklist of things you should check when taking delivery of a Fit?
I found the following thread:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/gene...nspection.html
BUT 1) it is two years old and 2) it seems to be non-Fit-specific. Srtill itr is better than nothing. Anyone have something mroe recent or more specific to the Fit?

Wow! I didn't check any of that crap. Took it for a spin around the block, checked the paint, glanced at the engine compartment.....drove it home.
Don't be like me, I'm sure it's best to check anything and everything just to be sure!

Usually the mechanic does all the checking to see if it arrived in good shape. I found a checklist in my glove box that shows what they checked for. Heck, they even set my navigation system/radio.
Wouldn't hurt to check the exterior, interior, and engine again.

Grahamers,
Don't be like me. In 1998 I was so excited to pick up my 98 Isuzu LS that I didn't notice that the back windshield wipers didn't work. I lived 45 minutes away from the dealership. Over the next four days I drove 50 miles per day and my gas gauge didn't go down at all. Drove back to the dealer and on my way my brand new 6 cd changer (yes the first ever vehicle to have a 6 cd in dash changer - on Honda passport as well) ate my cd. Three days later I got the car back with approximately $2500 in warranty repairs. CD changer replaced, fuel bober replaced and windshield wiper motor replaced.
Guess how long I owned that SUV ... 36 months.
