Looking for a "cooperative" exhaust shop near Atlanta.

I tried out a few and they all gave me the "It's against..." speach. I know it is, I don't care. I roll with 15% tints because I have out of state plates.

Anyhow, all I want is a muffler bypass. A simple 1.5-2ft. straight pipe where the muffler used to be. Not looking for a freebie, I have money.

I'm also not looking for opinions about my choice on what i'm doing to my Fit. I'm tired of waiting for someone to release an exhaust for the GE8. If this sounds as good as the handful of videos i've heard/seen, I won't have to spend a penny with any aftermarket company.

you can try taking off the exhaust and bring it to the exhaust shop and tell them that it's for your race car. At least that's what one of the exhaust told me I could do when i had a straight pipe made for my WRX

Mission accomplished! It sounds awesome, doesn't sound ricey at all. It reminds me of my friend's SRT-4. When the RPMs drop back down to idle there's a pleasant "gargle" followed by acouple tiny pops. Same sound happens after letting off of a high RPM WOT run.

I told Skip to expect a few more freakers to come by for the same thing, and he said to "bring it on". Contact me for his info. His shop is in the Atlanta area.

I couldn't take pics while it was on the lift - forgot my camera. He did a good job, even managed to use both hangers which I didn't think would be possible. If I wasn't on DFs, id crawl under there and snap a few pics.
