Just got my Jazz last week and I am getting to know it. My old car was a Renault Scenic from 1999 so I was expecting all the same conveniances plus some extras - after all it's ten years newer and a lot has happened with electronics!

On most points things look good and things are either equal or better than the Scenic, but I just don't understadn the door locks. In the Scenic, if you locked the doors while one or more doors were open (except driver's door), they would lock when closed allowing me to lock the doors, get my stuff from the back and then just close the hatch - without having to fiddle with the keys with my hands full.

If I try to lock the doors of the Jazz with any door open absolutely nothing happens - is this the way it's supposed to be or can something be done about it (like the "unlock my doors..." thread)?
