should I take my fit emblem off the rear and replace with jazz?

Is your car a GD or a GE? The GDs have the Jazz badge on the right. The GEs have it on the left.
On the GDs the color of the dot marks out what engine it carries. The red dot means it's a 1.3 i-DSI/twin-spark, the blue dot means it's a 1.5 VTEC.
Couple photos of my car's rear end for reference...and it's a GD1 Jazz 1.3
As for "should you do it?" that's entirely up to you.

If your objective is to make your car look different from the run of the mill, then do it.
Fit owners in Asia like to have USDM tail lights, and we in turn like the JDM ones.
Guess, the grass is always greener on the other side of the ocean.
It's your car, so do whatever pleases you. Changing the nameplate will certainly make your car look different and perhaps get people to come up and ask about your Jazz.

I haven't seen a Fit with a jazz emblem here that is why I want it. Fit does sound a little better than Jazz but I would like that it is different than everyone elses haha

I like the Jazz name better than fit actually, maybe cuz that is how I first saw and drove the car in Singapore 6 years ago. I have considered doing it myself, just not a high priority at the moment.
Only possible issue is when you trade it in, they might ding you $50 to switch it back, or be confused as hell LOL

It should have came with 3M Adhesive already attached to the emblem.

leave the Fit emblem on the left and add the Jazz on the right. Looks right cool and took no special effort.
even better, since my Fit has rear discs, it fits. Not mean just convient.
