Electrical problems already??
So I was driving the other night when my door open warning light began randomly flickering. The day after and since the thing is on all the time, occasionally flickering and messing with my door locks. Sometimes I can't even lock with my keyless!
I'm not a moron. My doors are shut and nothing blocking them. Nothing incurred this: IE no major events what so ever, just simple driving
this is incredibly annoying, am I stuck going to the dealershit?

Based on the problem you describe, the SENSOR on one of your doors is failing. It may be a mechanical thing... like the door isn't putting enough pressure on the sensor. I had that issue on the cargo door of my CRV. It will make your light come on/off randomly, and also it will possibly prevent the alarm from arming because it 'thinks' one of your doors is still open. All normal under those circumstances...
Take it to the dealer, it's likely a very easy fix, and under warranty. Not a big deal at all.

Haha, yeah, I checked my doors like 3 times each.
Thanks guys, thats pretty much what I figured (sensor issue) or maybe a short somewhere.
I hope the journey doesn't involve much hassle.

I took it in and it actually turned out to be a problem with the KARR alarm. According to the service woman, some wires weren't taped together like they should have been. Luckily, seeing as it WAS NOT covered by warranty, they decided to bill the KARR company.
Glad to have it back and problem free
