so, who wants a Kraftwerks SUPERCHARGER for a GE!?!?!!

on the real tho, no disrespect to the GD whatsoever, I'm just trying to convince K/W to produce a kit for us GE guys since the GD community has several options for boost while we have NONE! But with all variables considered, the power gains should be exponentially higher than the previous L15! And 1lb. of tq and 8hp does make a significant difference when you consider the vehicle's power-weight/ratio as well. But then again, who knows? That's why man created the dyno... hehehe-but in the end, i think the GE still has shawty brakes FTL

when did a stock ge beat a hks gd? granted a hks gd on a base tune is 'peppy' rather than fast, but the ge vs gd, stock to stock is not worlds faster than a gd. 1lb ft of torque and ivtec make for a smoother daily driver, but the slight gain in power is offset by the slight gain in weight. just do the math. ( i have, i'm always comparing power to weight ratios.)
crunching numbers is all fine and dandy, but i think actually driving the two against each other would make more sense than relative theory right? If only an objective 3rd party were to test the two in an equal environment for comparison sake...
O WAIT!!! they did...

Well so far this thread sucks. No supercharger for you all.. Sorry.

I don't see why you think the ge most likely having a higher gain than the gd is fail. The ge engine produces 117 hp and the gd's engine produces 109hp. which is a 7.3% increase. which, in theory, anything that increases the gd engine's power, should increase about the same with the ge. makes sense to me, but I am no engineer or physicist...
