Intake thread for GE8's

So the next mod I'm planning for my car is an intake system but as I've been searching through the forums, I haven't seen or heard of a GE8 with an intake yet..

I'm planning on getting one myself but I wanna see other GE8's to get a good idea of what I should get.

I live in Seattle where it extremely rains ALOT so CAI's are outta the question. It's just too risky

BUT the Injen SP Series which is currently available for the GE8, I heard, can be converted into a SRI but would that sacrifice some hp and tq?

I'm currently interested in the Password: JDM PowerChamber intake but the fact that I have to relocate my battery is stopping me from getting it. I would probably just go with the T1R's.

So help me out guys. Show some pics of your intakes (if you got em) and share your experience so I can get a good idea of what to get.

Oh btw, my cars A/T..if that matters -.-

check out the prm intake, it has good reviews and uses the stock air channel thing under the hood.

Ooh geeze, I feel n00b..haha
Weeeeellll...you guys knew what I meant right? Hehe..
EDITED!
As for PRM's, they look nice and sound nice (looked up videos on Youtube) but I can't really find how much you gain from it.
Right now, as for my choices, I have (in rank) Injen, PRM, PWJDM and T1R..

Don't expect to gain much of anything from any of the intakes except more under hood noise.

Well..honestly, I think the noise matters to me the most than the gains. I just forgot to mention it. Hell yeah I want my car to sound badass but what's a little hp and tq gain on the side? I kind of just wanna go for the best 'under the hood' sound as possible while still maintaining a decent hp and tq gain.
Is PRM the best choice for this? I heard Injen sounds pretty nice too though..

PRM would probably be the loudest as the filter is closest to the firewall.

lawlz ^^^ +1

If its noise you want, don't spend so much on an intake
Take out the stock filter and just stick a filter in the throttle body.
Since sound is what is most important to you anyways...
