Staggered offsets anyone?

Just had the car lowered and quite frankly it looks perty darned slick with the factory alloys. Still, I'm eye balling wheels and pretty set on Advan's. I'm leaning heavily toward the RZ's...very subtle 5 spoke split. A set of 17 inchers in gun metal would look sweet on my silver fit IMO...

My second choice is the RG II in bronze...possibly silver.

My question really pertains to the RG's as the RZ's are only available in 17X7 4X100 with a 42 or 38 offset (I'd be going with the 42's F/R).

The RG's are available in a 16X7 with a 48, 41 or 35. I'm thinking 48 up front and 41 in the rear due to the already present negative camber on our cars. Seems like a 48 on the rear would look "too tucked"...

Any thoughts on going this route? Am I over thinking the situation? Car is dropped 1.2f/1.4r on Eibachs. If I'm gonna blow money on Advan I want it too look just right...and I don't want to rub...period...KWIM????

If I was in your position, I'd buy 48 offsets all around, and then use 5mm hubcentric spacers in the rear.

Since the wheels are wider to begin with, the backspacing should stay fairly close to stock preventing excess stress on the rear wheel bearings.

Better still, no issues when you need to rotate your tires.

Eww 48 offset? That would look ugly. You shouldnt rub at all with 41's. People have +40's on a lower drop than yours and dont rub.

I would go with +35 and roll the fenders, but thats just me. I love low offset wheels.
