Step on the gas gently, give your car some love, and the (new) fit is GO =)

I am talking about the GE~ I drove it in Japan for a week and I know how that car works - not to mention I was driving an AT 1.3L so quit whinning about the 1.5L we all get in USDM models =\
If you really want to accelerate and u want to floor it everytime and defeat the purpose of the i-Vtec Engine - shift tranny to S and stay S all the way, or use paddle shifters of you have it.
Honestly, Its more fun going fast in a slow car than going fast in a fast car =D

Hello all, I´ve a 09 ex mt in Mexico, I´ve driven the car for lamost 2 months and believe me that I´m learning to drive the car, and I feel that you can get the best from a mt than an at, because when I´m driving I can pass the cars easy but with more rpm, I´ve seen that if I want get power from my fit I´ve let it increase the rpm and then change the gear, I do not if you can do this with the paddles, in my opinion.

shopping cart or vacuum cleaner zoom by.
i have to agree that it's fun to drive a slow car fast
while it's only perception and safe from getting
speeding tickets.

Anything you van do with manual you can do with paddled auto, but
The auto is geared for interstate travel on near level roads. Once up to 60 mph the manual takes over. The auto is geared to gp 90 mph in third and 140 in forth and 180 in fifth. The only way the Fit gets above 120 is by falling off a cliff. But at 70 mph I get better mph with my auto than my brothers manual.
