Lifted brah!

Raised the fit a couple finger lengths and softened the damping for rougher roads ahead before going to the mountains for some snowboarding. Gave her a good ol’ 2 hour hand wash and polish and she’s ready to get dirty again! Now I just have to mount my license plate on my front bumper ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (dumb CA rule)

Grill has some orange peel may have to wet sand it down a little with some 1500 grit and butter it up some more

I kind of like it raised with softened dampening before I swear I could feel driving over a penny lol

3 finger gap not bad at all

Those compliments always rock. Got one a couple weeks back showing up to buy parts, sales guy thought my red one looked 'rad'.

My 818retrofits finally arrived just in time for driving through some dark roads. Took off my CF wing and went back to stock because I plan to give it a fresh wet sand and clear coat. No more hazy headlights means real DSLR pics! Built humbly and modestly modded. If it ain't fun, why do it?

Replaced spark plugs at 166,550 miles. Car was purchased recently with only CarFax reported service history of which none mentioned spark plugs. Car was running great with no codes but with all the posts about loose plugs they were the next thing on my list to benchmark.

Removed cowl to give full access which was later needed - #2 & #3 coils pulled out leaving stuck plug boots stuck in the holes. Ruined the stuck boots getting them out. #4 plug was easiest to break loose but still had some measure of torque remaining (not loose). Bosch plugs came out, new NGK Iridiums went in along with two new plug boots. I used anti-seize and torqued to 20 ft/lbs. Smeared plenty of dielectric on the bottom end of the boots for the "next time."

Replaced the cone filter on my HPS intake.
The flange was about a quarter inch bigger than the intake...nothing that 3 rounds of rubber tape couldn't fix!

I found these black sequential mirror turn signals on alibaba for only $20.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003410375781.html

I haven't seen any fits with them yet and they matched the aesthetic of my fit so i had to get! Surprisingly, the shipping only took a week and the light seems more visible than the oem mirror turn signals in daylight lol.

Well..

picked up a new unpainted front bumper, ordered front driver side fender, got notifications that the headlights and driver side axle were delivered. Oh and my new side mirrors will be delivered next Tuesday.

scrolled thru rock auto adding the following to the cart:
front fixer side brackets 2x
some l shaped brackets pair 2x
front bumper absorber
left and right fender liners
engine bottom liner
front bumper “valance”
and abs speed sensor for rear driver side because I ripped it accidentally installing the stock suspension..

and.. upon going to checkout everything was removed except for the damn abs sensor because of “not registered to ship to CA due to prop something paperwork not being filed by the brand or whatever”.

this sucks.. I’ll keep looking for fit parts cars then..

I've been eyeballing that radio, can it sit lower on its mount than where you have it? And I just grounded my handbrake lead to the dashboard crossmember, no switch on mine.

Having owned the Fit since 2009, I finally got Jdm Taillights this year and decided to get the clear Jdm 3rd Brake lamp as well lol

You can find them used on ebay and etc but I just purchased a new one through RHDJapan.com since the price difference wasn't much between what it would have costed buying used and getting shipped to So-Cal

Part # 34270-TF0-J23

Jdm is clear, Usdm is Red

Yes I have it fixed at the highest mount, which blocks the vents more but exposes the storage din to put my phone in while driving. It can go much lower but then blocks the storage din. As for the parking relay, I think this unit requires a switch, just a ground will not work (from what I researched - not 100% certain). That's why I went ahead and just installed it.

In process of installing Sprintex Supercharge. Upgraded fuel pump and injectors. Will have to re-do wiring due to heat concerns.

i did a couple small things the past 2 months

1) got some artwork comissioned and made them into stickers on stickermule lol

Size: 706.7 KB

2) i was having some issues with acceleration and thought id get transmission fluid changed since i dont think i ever got it changed before with my fit being at 80k miles. that paired with changing my spark plugs to denso ik22 5310 for the extra 2-3 hp helped alot make it run smooth!

3) changed my front signal bulbs to chrome ones (philips py21w). i think it makes my headlights look better with the amber look being gone and it still operates the same brightness. i wanted leds original but cannot find one is all silver and guarantee to not hyperflash.

4) changed the bulb for the gear shifter. mine was on its way out since i had to smack it a few times to get it turn on lol. it is the 2721 bulb.

5) changed to jdm hazard light for the aesthetics. it is part 35510-SYP-003. ordered from japan through amayama.com for $30 total. it looks bright in pictures but its pretty dim enough to be not noticeable at night. also during installation, i ended up cracking the stereo cover because i didnt read directions carefuly enough lol. there is a screw you need to remove before you can remove cover.

Your Fit looks awesome and I really like the headlights. The chrome bulbs do make a big difference. Super clean and sleek ride.

LED convert and goodies!

2013 base.
Full LED conversion, including turn signals with no hyper flash. Made custom wiring connections out of spare parts off a totaled Fit so I didn’t have to pop any clips or cut wires.
JDM tail lights shipped in from Nagano.
Blox neochrome shift knob.
Acuity Instruments:
•shifter base bushings
•shifter cable mount upgrades
•podium oil cap in metallic purple

Shifts. Like. Butter.

SO much more to come.

JDM left USDM right
