Perfect, Thanks

That mean I should be able to fit 215/40-ZR18 with 18 x 7.5 et 48
and put 15mm spacer front and 10mm rear
so final et will be 33 front and 38 rear...
with -3 camber front too...

I need at least 15mm spacer front to clear the Brembo Caliper...
and I was worry about the fender clearance,
but now I am less worry after learning your spec.

ehmmmm but wait, in your current spec, you are NOT rubbing right?

Thanks again

Ah well one thing to note is that my fenders are rolled and I'm not running any liners. 17x7.5 with 195/40. I don't know how low you are but I don't think you'd max out your coils for function lol-- 18" with 215/40 is pretty big but if you only have a mild drop I don't think it should be a problem if you have some minor fender work already done.

I only rub on really big dips(there's one on the off ramp when I go to school) and that's only from the front of the fender where it meets the front bumper.

Ordered the STI S204 lip for my base model, should be here by EOW. Also, my passenger headlight has a huge crack on the sides so I decided to get a replacement. Still I want to paint my mugen replica spoiler and retrofit my headlight with projectors.

Looks like any future plans for the car for me are on hold. But while I'm not working on the car, I have been trying to put together a GE specific FAQ and general information sheet.

That would be helpful. I'm sure many people would appreciate having that.

My wife is out of town, so I spent the afternoon replacing the spark plugs on her 2009 Fit Sport. 140,593 miles on the original NGK plugs and they looked great. Never in my life did I have to take so much off the car just to gain access to the plugs. Should have been a 20 minute job, not a 3-1/2 hour project. Thanks Honda.

I did learn something VERY IMPORTANT from the FitFreak forum. My car has an external filter for the automatic transmission fluid. I just spent 30 minutes looking through the owner's manual and can't find a reference to it anywhere. Thanks again Honda!

I want to make a kind of buyer's guide/faq/helpful information sheet. Technical information, replacement part numbers, optional part numbers (i.e. Mugen/accessories), links to how-to's for maintenance items, and anything else I can think of. Pretty much every forum I've ever been on has one of these, but I don't see any out there for the GE, or any of the Fits for that matter, so I'm putting what I know out there for people who have questions.

I may move on to the GD and GK after, but I literally know nothing about either of the other generations.

On friday, I pulled the dealer license plate frame, the dealer rear badge and the Fit badge from the back of the car. Last night I measured tire press an found it was irregular.
So today I pumped all 4 tires to 36PSI - [Michelin Premier A/S - 185/55R16]
Semi-new tires when I bought the car at 43k - I'll run them through winter and see what they're like.
When I need something I can check in the spring -

Still waiting for the title and license plate transfer ...
And I'm still working/reading through the GE/Fit thread - up to page 550 (of 707) so far!
A pity so many external pictures are no longer working!
But I have gotten some great ideas on mods to do as I find time ...
I googled and found some local place that do window tints -
and perhaps vinyl wraps for the roof and hatch perhaps ...
If anyone in the NoVA area has experiences or recommends I'd love to hear from you!
Thanks to ALL of you!

That license plate frame FITs the car very well, and it's a good start

so I've been working on some sound deadening the past few days. I'll post up some picks when I get a bit farther along.... damn, I have to say it is far more back breaking than I anticipated.

I also have the crz undertray coming tomorrow.... It is dumb but I have wanted that for a really long time.

I also officially crossed a 100k yesterday. I know I haven't posted up much over the years, but lots of good things to come very quickly.... think I am going to stick with this for a while.
