This is awesome. You are the first once again. I have asked a couple times if the GE had this problem but nobody replied. These were popular on the GDs.

Went biking today. Put the fit to test and managed to squeeze 2 bikes in the back and still have room for 1 passenger in the backseat.

Off topic

Also wanted to see how a 26" wheel would look on a civic

I took a wonderful 275 mile drive, with about 160 of those being pure back road awesomeness.
Edit: Ended up with 37.6 mpg on this trip - best tank so far

Got stuck behind two pickups for a while - one road had no passing zones, and the other one had ones that were too short to attempt with only 117hp.

Here it is sitting in Bixby, MO while I took an ice cream break.

plasti-dipped my rear interior. Several coats of black. vibration, sound, thermal, and moisture control on the cheap!! Used 3 cans, wish I had bought 5 to give it a super thick coat.

Probably added no more then half a pound.

Havent gone out on the highway but around city traffic seems to work so far.

Well, the car needed a repaint. The clear coat failed on the car completely. it was down to basecoat in spots badly for some crazy reason. The problem started in the 50,000km area and just kept getting worse.

Honda has been FANTASTIC in dealing with the issue. No hastles getting the help I needed from them. Kinda surprised and very happy. Makes me happy to be a Honda owner.

So.

The car has had every panel removed. Tomorrow we finish cleaning the little bit of rust proofing oil from the car. We then finalize removing all the small trims/door handles/parts off the doors/car, we sand and refinish the car....

Then it's getting sprayed Lexus Pearl White (with the blue pearl).

So I've been working on these gauges for a bit of time now with Bob over at gaugecraft.com and he does some really amazing work. Guy is super talented and is awesome to work with. These aren't finished yet, but we're getting on the right track. These are the first FIT gauges he has tried.

He does the best work for the guys with 350Z's, I highly recommend him. I'll make a new thread once these are completed.

Is that a JDM gauge working on a USDM GE8? or a modded USDM ge8 cluster?

So what it's all red instead of blue? How many lights are there behind the cluster?
