I re-upgraded my AUDIO system

Today, I went to the real Audio Pros to rework my poorly installed audio system.

First, my car was teared apart to find the perfect place to install an Alpine AMP. then all of my JBL speakers had their wires rechecked (only to find out my JBL tweeters were never connected by the last bozo who installed it), and having a custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure built in the next few days.

Reason I went customs is because i want all the upgraded sounds with the OEM look without sacrificing space.

i finally put in the skunk2 short shifter, with the twm performance shifter base pushings that i picked up for the rsx, but they do work for the fit also. man it just slips into gear now so much smoother than the oem and now that the oem rubber shifter bushings are off. i also put the skunk2 shift knob on too. i also have the cable pushings that i still need to put on, these too are for the rsx, but they said they would fit on the fit. i am just waiting to see what intake i want and will put those cable pushings on when i take the oem air box out.

in fact this was my first mod. now just saving up for a turbo system. i am thinking HKS, seems like everyone else has stopped making turbo kits for the gd3 fit.

Make your own from scratch. It's like cake, it's more work, but it would be soooo much more worth it.

Ps. This isn't the GD section.

Anyways to stay on topic. I started my car for 7 min. Revved it to 2k then installed the car over back on.

Oh and I installed my steering wheel emblem.

Installed my early valentine's present: Bride shift boot from Redline. Black w/ silver stitching. Looks awesome with the Strut King boot adapter too.

Got the black one tinted yesterday, and got my red key decals from TFB Designs (so we can keep track of which keys go to which Fit).

Nothing today. Still recovering from all the shoveling!

Thanks man.

Yea I was planning on making an adapter for the gas pedal today, but there's a snow storm going on outside so I'm going to wait on it.

Maybe tomorrow before work.

Anyone ever removed their gas pedal before? I'll just assume no.

Yes, the lip came w hardware. It's not a perfect fit, you have to torque it to the shape you want. I started center and worked my way out on both sides.

Got ebay link? I've contacted a lot of sellers and their lips doesn't come with the hardware.

Rays center caps for my TE37s. Straight from Japan, SUPER JDM YOOOOO! These things are legit, no wonder they're expensive. Beautifully finished metal and each one has TWO rubber o-rings to seal them on the wheel REALLY well.

Today? Nothing. I washed it over the weekend and cleaned up the last little bit of shipping residue (I think) that the dealer should have dealt with. I also replaced one of the parking brake bracket bolts where the original is under the carpet someplace now (but not rattling so far, knock on wood). I have a stack of parts that are going on the car Wednesday. The tires were delivered on Friday to the shop I use.
