Stopped by the body shop today. they quoted me $200, so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Still, why couldn't it have been the OTHER door-the one with the small ding in it already, so I could have had both fixed?

I won't even go into all the other dumb stuff I've pulled over the years, but this was a bit much, even for old Uncle G.

Today I decided to put on a DIY axle back exhaust. I wanted the Buddy Club Spec II look for the car, so basically went down to a local auto store and bought a muffler chrome tip, had a muffler shop lop off the factory muffler and welded on the tip on. Viola! actually a WHOLE lot quieter than i thought it would be. Sounds great though! maybe put a glasspack resonator later to give it a little more noise.. haha well hopefully these pics work! dont mind the dirty rear end.. hehe

Went to get a car wash today at the self service wash...

spent about 30 minutes going over the car with the pre-soak... foam and finally rinse....

Got in my car... why is my seat wet? why is there water spray all over the place?!?

Crap... I left my front passenger side cracked open. Couldn't see from the outside because I have the door visors! And I concentrated spaying under the visor in an attempt to get the window clean too!!! Spent another 10 minutes wiping water from all the seats, doors and the front dash!

Just as I thought I was done and about to take off... I see the headliner over the door... completely soaked in... the odd thing was that it have TWO shades of "wetness." One was "just soaking"... the other was darker "drenched!!!"

Uh... the worst thing about it? The car isn't as clean as I would like... this puppy needs a scrub down, preferably with the windows actually closed next time.

Just realized, over the exhaust, that I'm getting tire chirp 75% of the time on the 1-2 shift, with 205s, with an automatic. I think I just jizzed in my pants.

So... new wheels and tires?

I want a quiet version of your car in alabaster silver, with a manual. I'm 1/3rd the way there.

It's harder to capture than you'd think! The exhaust is too loud. Would need somebody outside the car.

like I said... as long as profits are made, I'm good
My guess, realtor or car sales. But how could you possibly be making money in this market.

No, not a realtor, realtors don't care about margins.

Car salesmen (non-internet dept) on the other hand get paid a percent of the margin. This makes sense to me.

BS...that thing was BLACK and had small clumps of dirt all over at 12k. I wish I had taken before/after pictures.

Installed a 10" Rockford Fosgate Sub. Nice amount of bass now. Later I'll post up a pic of a clean On/Off switch I installed in my car to have the ability to turn on and off the system when I please.

If anyone has any questions to know how and where to wire things, let me know
