Cargo Area mat??

Cargo Area mat??

Just got a new Fit-Since we really don't need the rear seats up very often, I'd like to keep them folded down flat and buy or make a full mat to cover everything up. IF I could find that nice black rubber diamond plate, I'd use that, but it's been quite difficult to find any. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not sure if this is any help but here is a pic of a mat I made for the cargo area. Of course this is just for when the seats are up. I bought rubber runner mat at a Home Depot and cut it to size with sciccors.

Thanks....I found this...and I can cut it to shape the rear of the Fit with the seats down.

We make ours out of outdoor carpet reminant cut to shape. Use a newspaper to cut a pattern to mark the back of the carpet. A sabre saw cuts pretty well.
