ehh. thats pretty damn effective if its true. i bet its just a marketing scam.

im not saying its not better, but 8 times better than the oil that is used by professional race teams in almost every motorsport?

You guys are also missing 1 important reason why it might feel faster... Its a mental thing.... if you get something done to your car you expect it to be better... ex: changing an air filter.... save an old one then after a little while driving on the new one clean the old one and put it in your car with expectations that it will give you more power... you will probably think that it got faster....
While the placebo effect is very real, air cleaners can make a big difference. I would suggest that if this was changed then that's why it feels better.

I could pick the difference between dirty and clean on my old mini, but then it only had 50hp to begin with, so the restriction caused by a dirty filter was really noticeable.

Immediately after an oil change you're definitely going to notice a substantial difference on almost every modern car. So you're probably not on crack.

I'm more curious as to why there's a noticable difference. While I can assure you it's no placebo, since I was expecting nothing different, it just felt different from the moment I let go of the clutch pedal...The only possible "crack" thing about this whole situation might have been because it was the first time it was substantially "warm" (around 0°C) around here for a while.
