But just to clarify...here's a side shot of what it'll look like. It's not an rear undertray diffuser...and this is only a rough shape....everything will have a smooth transition.

The entire center section will be in carbon fiber.

calm down guys, he'll show us as soon as it's ready. I think every GE worth looking at is going to be covered in JDP CF now.

Good thing mine won't be like every other one covered in CF.

Getting anxious about getting my fiberglass lip!

Well, not covered, but if you paint that fiberglass one to match, you have to post some pics!

Looking great Stalonehong. Is you car lowered? Any issue with the CF lip scrapping the ground going up the driveway?

Whoa! That might be a concern. A remedy would be to improvise a "boomerang" mounted underneath the lip to protect it.

Maybe we should take a closer look.

Basically, you outline the lower portion of the lip on a large sheet of paper and use it as a pattern to cut out a metal plate (or stainless steel....depending on your budget) which you attached to the bottom of the lip.

This will prevent the lip from scrapping directly on the ground. The general shape of the plate will be like a boomerang (Aussie trowing stick), thus the name.

I recall a company that sells this "protection plate" a while back and they called it a "boomerang".
