Many long nights has finally paid off.

Price of the lip will be $250 + shipping. (Shipping will be determined next week after I size down the box to minimize cost)

I was anticipating the lip to be cheaper, but it was more carbon than I expected.

Lip will be in production next week after I make the final minor adjustments to the mold.

I will be fitting the grill this week...so I hope to have pictures of the prototype then.

Also, still waiting on the rear bumper from American Honda to come in to start the rear diffuser.

Very easy to install (in my opinion)...took Note and I less than 1 hour to put on the lip.

1) You definitely need to remove the bumper for easy access.

2) You need to remove the existing rubber under deflecter (sorry...don't know proper term for it). The lip will utilize the existing plastic fastners.

3) There are 4 other plastic push tabs that need to be removed as well. Two next to the side corners of the bumper and two more towards the front of the bumper.

4) Slide the lip on. This lip will not come predrilled for the following reasons I've experienced in the past with building other lips (I can though if people want me to...but if I was a customer I would rather do it myself):
- Allows more flexibility to make adjustments (if needed)
- When people tend to remove their bumpers many times for modding purposes, the bumper alignment can shift...along with the mounting locations. Not predrilling compensates for this.
- etc..etc.

5) Pop in the plastic tabs.

6) Install the bumper back on with the lip...and your done.

So we will need to drill the holes for the factory clips or screw holes?

Pricing still doesn't seem bad, just scared about shipping amounts to VA

It would be great if we can keep this front deflector as this serves as
a warning especially on lowered cars before the CF lip scrapes on the pavement.

Any possible way of providing an alternative mounting points?

You can definately keep the deflector; however, you just have to purchase new hardware that's long enough to hold everything together.

Sorry...it's something you have to sacrifice...but it's still doable.
