K20 Fit - Garage FK
Glad to see it finally done.
From BM Hot Version Vol.95
The GE had a
k20 swap 230ps and weighed in at 1050kg
Teins
Brembo brakes
215/45/17 in the front and 195/55/15 in the rear
1'06"163 at tsukuba
vs. the J's GD 1'02"256 (330ps and weighed 880kg)
The GE come last even though had 5 sec head start on the tsukuba track.
Odd wheel size though.

Not a lot, but some do. Normally, FR cars run a staggered setup, but the same size diameter wheels.

Im not great with performance and setups for performance but couldn't it be because its a front wheel drive? Also because of hte big brake kit? And the rear wheels are just there for the ride?
Allot of the cars we see with bigger rear wheels are RWD. Mustangs, Camaros, etc.
Im not sure. But It has to be for some reason. If hes building his fit for racing hes not going to put bigger wheels in the front just for fun and to be different. Its probably for a reason that would benefit him.

It`s actually not a base model .... That trim that is on that fit is the RS trim or GE-8 Chassis

My hypothesis on the wheels is that he's running 17" up front to clear the big ass Brembos, and then running 15" in the back to use lighter wheel to save weight, rotational mass,etc (small size still clears stock rotors he's using).
