anyone else have a window rattle?
my driver side window rattles. not 100% of the time, but enough to annoy me. if i have the window partially down, it seems to rattle a little more. being winter, i dont have it down much.
i also notice the door itself, when i shut it, doesnt have the nice tight, quiet sound that the other doors have. the other doors arent used nearly as much, maybe that explains it.
i'm not sure whether to mention it when i bring the car in for its first service.
do i really want a potentially careless mechanic to do more damage than good?
more generally, i wonder how the fit will do in the long-term in regard to rattles and noises. i was in my sister's 1991 accord the other day and that thing is quieter and smoother than my 2009 fit. the ever increasing use of lighter, cheaper plastics scares me a bit.
okay.
rant over.

My passenger window rattles a little while lowered a little. That just makes me leave it shut. My 05 RSX had the same issue. I didn't bother taking it to the dealer.
There's a plethora of rattles in my car at times, usually when it's not damp out and when the sun is shining. I've cured a lot of them myself, yet there's a few noises still at times. I may just give up in trying to fix them if there becomes too many.
TOO MUCH PLASTIC!!! Even my 08 Accord had too much plastic. The back shelf was entirely plastic, while all the previous generations of Accords were a fabric material. Sign of the times.

i have the same problem when my window is rolled down a tad, does anyone notice that after you wash your car and roll down the window and back up, the glass in the INSIDE is wet... ill be letting the dealership know once I come in for my first oil change.

Yup mine does the same thing, but I'm lowered which makes my suspension stiffer and more sensitive. I only hear it when my driver's window is down and the roads are bumpy, so every time I hear that rattle my car is telling my shit is pretty stiff.

Both of mine rattle when lowered around 2" or more. The R/S was noticeably worse and the dealer adjusted it.
Problem is, in doing so, they placed two in-dings into the top feature line of the door skin (and tried to deny it).
Once they realized I meant business they paid the $125 for my master D/R guy to take them out. They wanted to use their own D/R flunkie. I simply went ahead and used my guy and presented them the bill. To make sure they paid, I also included a copy of the completed form to open a small claim at the district court level (just in case).
They paid, and I'll never use them again. Shame, too, cause I bought the car from them, and they're only 2.5 miles away from my home.

I have the same problem, my driver door does that every once in a while with the window fully up. When I leave the window cracked, it does shake back & forth. With time I can picture this being a real bad nuisance. There should be some kind of recall on this.
