Has anyone tried out the T1R shifter in their fit yet. Is it just shorter or is it a crisp snap between gears? And what shifter knob do you have on it if you have a T1R shifter?

T1R short shifter is awesome. I've got it in my car and it makes shifting a lot more fun. I also have a T1R shift knob on it.

 

Got the T1R short shifter and an old mugen (cylinder type) shift knob in mine, with the Skunk2 spacers from there short shift adapter kit. (the skunk2 extension piece wouldn't fit without touching the body) But I Love mine, the shift is much tighter and the throw is shorter. The spacers also lift everything up a little bit so I can reach the shift knob easy. I'd guess it almost at the stock height, but i didn't measure the before and after
