mugen rear bumper

this may be a kinda dumb question , but since the mugen rear bumper has that dual exhaust opening , and on the normal rear bumper , the exhaust is below the bumper , wouldnt that make it if i put the mugen rear bumper on my fit , the rear would hang below the rest of the body?

I think the Mugen bumper is lower set then the USDM bumper so the exhaust goes right into the exhaust-hole they have on the right side. My guess is that it will work like some American cars do, where the exhaust will only come out one side--which looks completely lame in the winter.

ok , i must have worded the question wrong , you see how on the mugen one , the tailpipe would go through the right rear hole , well on the stock rear bumper i have on my sport , its below the bumper , which means the mugen one sits lower to the ground , so if i add this bumper , when looking from the side, wont it look weird with the rear bumper being closer to the ground than the rest of the car?

probably with all modding one thing leads to another, want wider wheels have to roll the fenders, or camber, get an exhaust? lose low end torque(at least in Audi's), goes on and on, Im sure Mugen designed their body kit to be used as an entire kit...this is why I got the sport, I think the OE kit is nice and clean, I was willing to spring for it so I dont need to wrry about paint matching(I think one member had this issue), fitment, quality of plastics, on and on...

I think you can consider me one of the less aggressive modders of the lot though

Many of the guys in Thailand just take it to the local exhaust shop and mods are made for 2 or 3 hundred Thai Baht, that's about $10 US. I guess in the US or Canada mods like these are expensive.
I think about 99% of all the Mugen body kits are ABS plastic and fiber perfect copies for a fraction of the price.
