I'm pretty sure to. Only thing that worries me is the base looks pretty wide on the shorty. Hopefully its not any wider in diameter than the oem.
Can't complain too much for $13 (w/ shipping) though.

I will take pics when I get it.

i will get it too if it actually offers better reception. i am not happy w/ OEM radio reception for certain stations. one thing that bothers me is that the reception rating on that shorty one is only 3 out of 5 stars.

BTW i have the same one on my xA. It looks pretty good. Reception is not that great though, but i dont listen to the radio much.

Plus its better than rolling around with the damn stock "whip" i had on my car lol.

Yea I don't listen to the radio that much either.
I live in the center of the city...so radio reception has never really been an issue.
I mostly want it for looks as well.

Survivor: Based on what Pixie said I doubt it will get better reception but I will let you know how it is when I get it.

Well I got my shorty antenna in the mail today.
I took some quick pictures.
I apologize for the blurry pics. My camera battery was practically dead so I had to take quick pics.

I did notice the reception strength did lower a little but (had a station that barely came in before that doesn't come in at all anymore) All my strong stations were not affected though. I don't listen to the radio much so it is no big deal to me.

Stock...

Shorty... (2.5")

I don't know much about these external swappable antennaes, but is there just one standard thread size for all of them? And pretty much any detachable threaded antennae would work? (Assuming it's for cars).

For information purposes, the Honda S2000 antenna is essentially an 'identical twin' to the Fit antenna - just a few tiny differences. I know this because we also have an S2000 in our garage. But perhaps it brings a little of the 9000 rpm, 240 hp magic to the Fit. Perhaps??

I got mine from ebay- Perrin EVO 350Z S2000 2" Super Shorty antenna. I got it for $22 then $ 6 for shipping. There are sites which sell same thing, just have to google it then do "compare price shopping" to get the best deal. Wish you well; you will love it and it will look very good on your car!
