So i finally got to the stereo cover and upper glove! check it out!

haha oh no not 3M sticker. I actually removed the frame and painted it with a special spray called Performix Plasti Dip. The spray is a satin black shade and dries like vinyl, so if you mess up, you can actually peel the paint off and start over with some digging into the paint, no sanding required!

thanks everyone! probably try to get to the steering wheel next if i can figure out how to remove the silver piece as well as the speedometer parts

the airbag is removable by taking out the two bolts in the holes on the backside of the steering wheel, but i think the silver part is integrated based on what i see in this pic

darn.. that sorta kills my plans haha. that's alright though, at least i got the major parts done! thanks for the heads up!

I want to paint mine as well...Looks like the steering wheel has to completely come off! Sucks

The best kind I have used it called Plasti Dip. Got it from Lowes.
