Question Quick question for the Lowering Springs

I had my H&R springs installed at a shop a couple days ago. Today I did my oil change and realized that the Rear Springs are loose, and you can take them out by hand easily when the vehicle got lifted off the ground. What would I need? Because a mechanic told me i needed new shocks and struts for the car, because the stock ones were too high compared to the H&R springs.

I'd make sure that the springs are designed for the 09 Fit.. I'm not even sure that H&R has springs out for the 09 yet.

H&R has 09 Fit springs. You just need to get struts that go with em.

Then I would just have someone else take a look at it. They shouldn't be that loose as far as I know.

there are no new strut/shocks available for the fit. compare you part number on H&R' site to what they list for the 09, if they even list anything. I guarantee you have 07-08 springs, which will not work with the 09's
