Work Wheels RSZ-R on my fit 16" +42 **NOW LOWERED**
I was debating for the longest time if I will stick with 16" or do a larger 17" for my rims. Did I make the right choice? I honestly did not want to degrade the performance of the fit by installing larger rims and wider tires.
As far as weight savings, the work wheels only weighed 13 lbs. and the new 205/50/16 tires weighed in at 21 lbs.
The oem sport 16" wheels weighed in a total of 36 lbs. So basically, I was able to save a couple of pounds with a wider footprint tires.
BTW, my springs just shipped so by next week the car will be lowered.

Tanabe DF210. Hopefully it will lower it enough. I really did not want to slam the car so I'll try these springs first.

Yup. I've used the same tires when I had an E30 M3 and they are good tires. Plus tirerack have them on sale right now for $56.00 each. Great deal for some decent tires.

OZ Alleggerita 17" which will come out in a few months also weigh 13lbs. They are much cheaper that CE28n too.
If I end up not liking these work wheels, I'll replace them in a few months or so with the Allegerita.
