Head light bulbs

Head light bulbs

Ok I searched and from my understanding that if I pull fuse 15 (DRL) I can run a H4 lamp could someone please tell me if that is correct.

For the most part, HB2 = H4, so you can run a halogen H4 bulb regardless of whether you pull fuse 15. Removing fuse 15 will just kill the DRL functionality so your high beams won't be run at partial power during the day. This is also required if you run an bixenon HID kit which replaces the halogen bulbs with H4-fit capsules.

For clarification, just in case, HB2 is bulb type that the '09 manual states for the headlights.
