More Tire Pressure in Front or Rear Wheels?
First off, I don't want this thread to turn into some sort of arguing contest (like similar tire psi threads). I just want an informative view as to whether there is a benefit to putting like +2 psi in either the front or rear tires. I've been reading that some people were doing that and want to know if there is any kind of improvement in driving. For example, 36 front, 34 back.

I will add a little - besides the tire depth gauge which works but takes miles before you can tell, you can also look at the tires and see how far to the edge of the tire is showing wear/marks/dirt.
I noticed the rear was not going far out enough to the sidewall indicating the pressure was too high in the rear. Too far out will indicate a tire without enough pressure.
Currently trying out 37/32 myself front/rear myself. Temperatures are lower than when I checked so I'd say its more like 36/31 now. This was after I dropped the rear down by 2 psi after checking.

On my Fit (and to no surprise on my past Hondas), I've run more in the front and less in the rear than the factory pressures. This is because there is so much front weight bias on these cars. I'm currently running 38F and 28R and liking it a lot. Over time, I may adjust, but after playing around a bit with different pressures and checking tire tread temperatures, I think this is a good starting point--at least better than stock. YMMV.
