I tried all of the above suggestions. Ein's suggestion of 'iTuneMyWalkman' seemed to work. So far, I've uploaded 9 albums in 9 separate folders. All are mp4 files. For some reason, none of the songs from 3 of the 9 folders won't work!$!$!$# I'm getting the dreaded 'unplayable file' message.

Please help!

What do you mean by mp4? I'm not aware of any audio format of mp4, only video.

Do you mean uploaded "Playlist"? I don't think it can upload by just albums.

Unsupported Device

My wife and I have tried two different flash memory ipods and both have prompted the Unsupported Device message.

Do we need to take the car to the dealer to have this fixed? Or, is there something else we should do first?

Thanks in advance

Which ones? Not all of them are supported.

Shuffles are not supported.

Last few Gen of Nano and touch should work.

Or simply put songs on a Fat32 formatted USB stick.

Well worth looking into. It took 788 files off my thumb drive that would have amounted to that many instances of UNPLAYABLE FILE showing up.
Wow thanks! I just used it and it works just fine!
