Right now the wifes is tinted, floor mats are in the mail, and next spring will be getting some rims and an exhaust. Thats the only for sure thing so far with hers. I plan on getting one probably next spring or so and I know mine will be rims, tint, coilovers, exhaust, supercharger, pretty much whatever I will be able to get for it.

you heathen

maybe i'll go 50% with my tint up front too. i cant be looking like a gansta on the job. i drive around in the country in areas I don't know, and so it is critical for me to see street signs and landmarks.

Three Simple Items:

Tint my windows for Florida, Install and hardwire my Garmin 780. And install and hardwire my V1 Radar detector. I wasted 10's of thousands on wheels, tires, CAI'S chips etc. on all kinds of sports cars. This is a FUN PRACTICAL car. IMO it needs virtually nothing.

I'm adding a small powered subwoofer, and maybe replacing the door speakers if the sound is still lacking after the sub is in. I'll probably set it under rear seat but it may fit (haha) in the spare tire well. Trying to figger out where I'm gonna get +12V from. Battery terminal would be best but getting through the firewall might be a pain.

The sub I am getting is the Boss Bass-600, small and not earthshattering. I listen mostly to jazz and prog-rock so don't need a 1kw shaker.

If I replace door speaks, probably go mb-quart. Maybe just the fronts to save $$.

true.. fairly easy to do. Cut two rectangles on rubber towards end & cut two slits on carpet that should be longer the rectangles so you could squeeze in the anchors. Easier if you use something to push the anchors up while locking the anchors.

I am spraying undercoat and sound eliminator in the rear wheel wells. There are areas that are unprotected and rust may be a future issue. The black undercoat also looks great. There are a few areas on the undercarriage that might benefit from the coating also.
Carpet Floor Mats
Cargo Tray
Ordered: Interior Ambient Lighting and a Driver's Armrest W/Storage

Soon: Window Tint

You have someone undercoat the car. It permits moisture to collect in between at certain points. When was the last time you saw a rusted out car? 1978? They resolved rust about 15 years ago.

Actually there have been postings of rust issues for the 07-08 fits.
The car does have some stock undercoating (to resolve rust issues and road noise) but some areas behind the lip of the wheel wells is not coated. These are the areas that mud will collect in and cause future problems. There is also a lot of paint overspray in the wheel well areas and I think the black undercoat looks good.

I also ordered a custom car cover and will be applying sealer over all of the painted surfaces. Scotch guard protection for the upholstery and carpet is going on today.
